    When we find our powers and strengthen them here in this testing ground, then where do we use them? Are you suggesting that there is another place where our souls will make use of them?

    This universe seems to be more like a dream, or something between a dream and a virtual reality simulation. Most of us don't use our innate gifts because we either don't believe we have them because of training, or we forget we have them due to the burdens of living. All true power flows from Love. All false power flows from fear, money, or force. Yet, Love will win out in the long run. But when you are locked in a dream, it's difficult to alter the dream. We aren't taught how to manipulate our dreams in a conscious way.

    A former professor of mine (other than you, but someone you know...) once challenged his class to:

    1) Discover who you really are -- what qualities make you unique;
    2) Take risks; and
    3) Be nice to people.

    Your post is a joyful reminder of the excellent guidance of a dear friend. Thanks.

    It is also reminder to me of the value of knowing what strengths we have been given and being comfortable using those gifts. I will do some soul-searching, although I have some inclinations as to what those powers are.

    By the way, jbmoore, thanks for your thoughtful post. You struck a real chord for me regarding what abilities I have and use that flow from Love. Thank you!

    Ginny, wasn't thinking that but I don't disagree with it. I am focusing on exercising our powers in this world here now. No hanging around waiting for the sweet bye and bye.
