    In the summer of 1974, I attended a Ki Seminar taught by Sensei Koichi Tohei. Here is his book of Ki Sayings from that time. I have found them invaluable as a guide to living in a positive and energetic manner.

    FInally got a chance to read a few. So far # 4 The Unification of Mind and Body and #11 The essence of Ki resonate the loudest tonight. Thank you for sharing this.
