hunkering down

As an angel-in-training, I get tired sometimes and like to snuggle in, to cuddle up inside this physical mass I am currently embodying. The cosmic alchemy continues while I mini-hibernate. Is this one meaning of "going into the wilderness" -- to go into the wilds of physical habitation and hunker down for a while? Always there is a resurrection, a coming out of this small death, an expansion of radiance, an active opening into angelomorphosis once again.

  1. Into the wilderness indeed! And then, the resurrection does always come.

Inside out... Outside in... as this process of our angel training continues, we recognize the mechanics of something both profane and divine, and glimpse the oneness into-and-from which it all flows.

A moment of awe, and then, back into the wilderness we go.
