The mythos of recent events – Addled Essence Attacks the Eternal Feminine. We do the same. Humankind is still in its addled essence stage. We ravage the forests of Gaia Earth to wipe our asses, pick meat from our teeth. We inject poison into her bloodstream. We foul her breath with our farting vehicular exhausts. We would kill her very soul for a dunking doughnut if we could. Addled Essence Attacks the Eternal Feminine. Some day we might consider a merge rather than attack, reclaim our merge-inity, so that we know, deeply know, that we and the Eternal Feminine are one.

It's karma, George. One reaps what one sows. Violence begets violence. Brother attacks brothers and sisters. We only hurt ourselves. If we wound the planet enough, it will no longer support our numbers and we doom ourselves.
ReplyDeleteLabeling one another an enemy because of differing views is the first step towards violence and the gates of Hell. One can use the excuse that the gunman is insane, but the uncomfortable truth is that the majority of people are insane to differing degrees. The Nazis killed men, women, and children because they labeled them subhuman. By subjective measures, the Nazis were sane and guilty of war crimes according to the victors who were their enemies. But in the end, the horror is one of scale whether it is Tucson, Bosnia, Iraq, Auschwitz, or Tokyo.
Am reminded of a gnostic dictum: "As within, so without." Our outer attacks reflect the (in-kind) inner carnage we visit upon our 'essence.' The envisioned (considered) merger--foretold by our indwelling Magi--anticipates a merge-in birth: the Source made flesh...
