Sensei Dream

Sensei Shimabuku appeared this night in vivid dream.
He was strong, vibrant, eyes flashing, positive energy.
He greeted me with an energy merge, chest-belly to chest-belly.
We were happy to see each other.
He showed me how to make poultices.
One was a green paste.
He laughed at the last one, saying
"This one is stainless steel."
I am grateful.
